End user license agreement

This agreement is between Alpha21, LLC (“we”) and the organization that installs API Docket (“you”). By installing or using API Docket you agree to these terms. If you obtain API Docket through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use API Docket with the Confluence Cloud site it is installed on, for the subscription period you have paid for (or during a free trial or free tier), for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), or use API Docket to send unlawful, abusive or excessive traffic to any system, including through the Try it out relay.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the specifications and other content you use with API Docket. You are responsible for having the right to use any source you configure and for the requests your users send with Try it out.

4. Payment

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Atlassian through the Marketplace. Prices, renewals and refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace policies.

5. Support

We provide support by email at support@apidocket.com on business days and make reasonable efforts to fix reported defects.

6. Warranty disclaimer

API Docket is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. API Docket's changelog is generated automatically and may not detect every breaking change; it does not replace your own review.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for API Docket in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using API Docket at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach this agreement. Sections 3, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update these terms; material changes take effect at your next renewal. Contact: support@apidocket.com.
