Privacy policy

This policy explains how API Docket, an app for Atlassian Confluence Cloud operated by Alpha21, LLC (“we”, “us”), handles information. The short version: the app runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure, and we do not receive or store your Confluence content or personal data.

The API Docket app

API Docket runs on Atlassian Forge. Data the app stores (cached API specifications, their version history, macro settings and connection tokens) is kept in Atlassian's Forge storage associated with your Confluence site and is processed by Atlassian as described in Atlassian's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it through the app.

The app does not collect analytics, does not use cookies, and does not store personal data. When a user configures a specification source or uses the Try it out relay, the app sends requests to the external systems that user chose (for example GitHub or your own API server). Those systems process the requests under their own privacy policies.

Atlassian provides us with standard Marketplace and Forge information, such as which sites have installed the app, licensing details, and technical logs from the app's functions. We use this only to provide, license, support and fix the app. Function logs do not contain the content of your specifications.

Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you and keep it for as long as needed to provide support, up to 24 months after the conversation ends.

This website

apidocket.com is a static website. It does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. We use these providers: Atlassian (app platform and Marketplace billing), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider (support).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@apidocket.com and we will respond within 30 days.
